Q. I already paid my registration fee, why do I still have to participate in the fundraiser?

A. It costs you $65 to $80 (depending on division) to sign up. Its costs the league around $220 per child to play at Little Lake. We have so many other expenses to cover; baseballs, equipment, field equipment, umpires and the list goes on… So many other Little Leagues in our area charge around $95 to $125 to play and they still require each player to do a fundraiser. The league fundraiser helps keep our fees the lowest in the district and helps you from having to pay much more out of your pocket.

Q. Why do players league age 7-12 have to try-out?

A. Little League requires all players in that age group to try-out. Trying out insures that the teams are balanced as best as possible so there is not one team with more experienced players than another team. All players regardless of skill level will get to play.
